Recycled Lunchboxes

Materials

Small rectangular clear storage bin
Old black braided belt
Assortment of pencils

Tools

Drill
Hot glue gun

Getting Started

1. Using a drill, make the holes in the top of the box that will be used to make your lunchbox handles.
2. Cut woven belt and place brads through the holes you created to attach to the cardboard box.
3. Cut your pencils to size to spell out your phrase of choice – like 'EAT' or 'LUNCH.'
4. Fill box with lunch and your kids will love this modern, fun 'new' lunchbox!

Hints & Clues

If the ends of your woven belt are coming unraveled, dab a little hot glue under to end to keep it together.

You can purchase brads at any office supply store.
