1. Wrap ribbon around mat to completely cover. Attach the ends of the ribbon to back of mat using hot glue.
2. Hang the frame by making a loop of ribbon and once again attach using hot glue.
3. Insert floral pick into a loose edge of the ribbon, and complete by filling with water and a flower.
