Tall cylindrical clear glass vases
Red food coloring
Red roses
Limes
Large green floral sticks

1. In large vase, add several drops of food coloring to water until red.
2. Cut rose bud off stem. Slice limes in half.
3. Pierce rose buds and limes using awl and layer onto floral stick, as if creating a skewer. Place in vase filled with water.
